About the workplace and the job

We are looking for a nursing assistant for Saxnäs, pending necessary decisions.

The position is 75% and is a permanent employment with a start date of March 1, 2025. A probationary period may apply.

In Saxnäs, we have a nursing home in a fantastic environment with magnificent views of the area. The nursing home has a Sami profile that we are very proud of. At the nursing home, you also work in home care, which means you will both work at the nursing home and visit elderly people in their homes in the surrounding villages.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with people and contribute to providing them with support, help, security, and increased quality of life. You will work both independently and in a team with varying tasks. Since much of the work time is spent visiting clients' homes, you will also experience the mountain world during working hours.

Qualifications

To be qualified for the position, you need to have a nursing assistant education or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Experience in similar work is an advantage, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should have the ability to work both independently and in a group. The work involves scheduled shifts, which include days, evenings, and weekends. A B driver's license is also required for the position.
