We are now looking for you who want to work extra as a companion. Working as a companion can be combined with studies or other main occupations as the working hours are usually scheduled for evenings and weekends.

What does the position entail?

As a companion, your main task is to accompany the customer on activities according to their wishes. This means that you, as a companion, should provide support to the customer in various activities such as swimming, horseback riding, going to the cinema, or having coffee. The purpose is to enable the customer’s participation in society.

The number of working hours may vary depending on how many hours the customer has been granted. This customer has been granted 16 hours per month. There is no scheduled working time, but the hours are usually distributed in the evenings and on weekends. 

About you -

We are looking for a positive and creative companion for a happy boy with autism who loves theater, art, and painting. We are looking for someone who has an interest in working with other people and wants to be a support in his daily life. It is a plus if you can speak Persian or Dari. 

Experience or formal education is not a requirement, but great importance is placed on personal chemistry. Attitude, flexibility, and care are important qualities to fit in this role. If you have an interest in art and creativity and enjoy being part of someone else's development, this could be a perfect assignment for you!

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% vacation pay and OB compensation will be added. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
