We are now looking for you who want to work with IT support at a company in Skåne. In this position, you will work in a service desk for the European market. You will support users through the entire chain from incoming calls to the problem being resolved. You do this with ease and in a service-oriented manner! As a person, you are service-minded, results-oriented, and have an easy time managing administrative IT systems. It is an advantage if you have worked in a service desk environment before. If you also have knowledge or experience working with AD, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and networks, that’s great! Requirements: - You communicate fluently in Italian, Swedish, and English- Have the ability to work in the office a few days a week- Knowledge in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and dns/dhcp
