Description

Are you a positive and driven person ready to take responsibility for everything related to purchasing, procurement, and contracts? Then we have your new job in a vital and exciting organization!

Responsibilities

In the role within the purchasing and procurement area, you will manage our contracts and assist colleagues with various types of procurements. You know the paths to take when there is a need for both small and large purchases of goods and services, always aiming to comply with LOU and other legislation. You also strive to make the most sustainable purchases and procurements possible.

Before procurements, you conduct needs and market analyses. Together with colleagues, you prepare request documents and follow the entire procurement process from feasibility study, market analysis, requirement specification, advertising, evaluation, awarding, contract signing, contract follow-up to decommissioning. In procurement processes, you will work closely with managers and operational experts. Member municipalities will provide support and advice as needed.

You have conducted a number of procurements (the entire process) at various monetary levels, including direct procurements and procurements below and above threshold values. Experience with negotiated procurements and RFIs is advantageous.

As a person, you appreciate order and structure, are good at creating a comprehensive picture of the organization's needs, and dare to be clear when necessary. Planning is a prerequisite for effective work, according to you. You can lead projects and always aim to improve our operations through procurements. You are responsible for our contract database and keep yourself updated in the procurement field. You enjoy training colleagues and can assess the need for procurements yourself. When necessary, you assist colleagues with information, templates, and governing documents.

Education

You have relevant education in economics, procurement, or purchasing, as well as good knowledge of LOU or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that we consider equivalent.

Experience

You have:

• several years of experience in procurement and purchasing work from public sector or experience from business-driven and public sector.
• experience with procurement tools such as e-Avrop or other relevant tools.
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you have personal maturity and are confident in yourself and your profession. You are responsible, clear, and factual while driving your work independently and purposefully because you enjoy achieving results and reaching good conclusions. You enjoy meeting people and are quality-conscious. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

About us

We are a municipal federation with five member municipalities: Linköping, Norrköping, Söderköping, Valdemarsvik, and Åtvidaberg. We have approximately 450 employees working at our 20 rescue stations and fire brigades.

The trust in the rescue service is high among residents. They trust that we are there for them in everyday life, in all situations.
