12-year-old girl with neuropsychiatric and intellectual disabilities, gastrostomy, and type 1 diabetes is looking for an additional inspiring and cheerful assistant for 80-100%!

We are looking for:

• Female aged 20-40: You are positive, responsible, and humble while being flexible and able to adapt to another person's needs. You also need to be structured and have the ability to think a little outside the box.
• Meritorious: Experience or education in care is a plus, but not a requirement. The most important thing is the chemistry, your engagement, and understanding of the role as an assistant. We will teach you the rest!
• Requirements: Driver's license and access to a car. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing at a native level.
• Bonus: Interest in horses/experience with horses is a big plus!

We offer:

• Secure long-term employment with a collective agreement via Fremia.
• Salary 150-180 SEK/hour excluding holiday pay and OB, depending on age, education, and experience.
• Wellness allowance up to 4000 SEK/year.
• Training opportunities in areas such as NPF/IF.

Job responsibilities: Your tasks vary depending on the daughter's needs. Responsibilities include everything from hygiene, tube feeding, medication, and diabetes care to play and activities. As an assistant, you will accompany her to the stable, school, home, concerts, and all the other fun things we do.

Position: A permanent position of 80-100% starting immediately or by agreement.

Working hours: Shifts are scheduled from 09:00-19:15 and 19:00-07:15. Evening shifts from 19:00-23:00 may occur. Rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Some flexibility is desired to accommodate the daughter's needs and wishes.
