About the role As a Sales Manager with us, you will:

• Actively work with sales in the field and build strong customer relationships.
• Coach, lead, and develop a team of salespeople to reach their goals.
• Be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
• Work flexibly and independently with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Take on a leading role in the company in the long term, with the opportunity to become a co-owner based on results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in successful sales, preferably in B2B.
• Enjoys being out with customers and creating strong, long-term relationships.
• Has previous experience in leading or coaching teams – formally or informally.
• Is a driven and independent person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to grow into a role with increased responsibility.

Experience in fire protection, property protection, or similar industries is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is your willingness to succeed!
