We offer a menu that focuses on Swedish traditional cuisine with ingredients from local producers, and we are now looking for a head chef who can take our kitchen to new heights!

About the Role of Head Chef

As head chef with us, you will play a central role in leading and inspiring the kitchen team. Your responsibility will be to develop and renew our menu with classic Swedish dishes and to ensure the quality of every plate that leaves the kitchen. You will work with everything from menu planning and ingredient ordering to creating a wonderful working environment in the kitchen. Your tasks include:

• Leading and organizing the kitchen, including scheduling and task distribution.
• Developing and renewing our traditional cuisine menu with seasonal and local ingredients.
• Ensuring that every dish is of high quality and well-prepared.
• Collaborating with local suppliers to get the best ingredients.
• Being an active part in training and developing the kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a head chef or sous chef, preferably with a focus on Swedish traditional cuisine.
• Has a genuine interest in traditional dishes and knowledge of how to renew them in a tasteful way.
• Is a natural leader and enjoys inspiring and engaging a team.
• Has an eye for detail, taste, and presentation.
• Works in a structured manner and can manage purchases, inventory, and menus.
