Looking for Retail Staff in Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg

We are now looking for more Retail Staff for our various stores in the Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg areas. As a Retail Staff member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book your shifts via our app that fits your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, Lindex, etc. As the stores have entered their peak season and are struggling to train new employees, feedback may be delayed until after the New Year!

Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson, you are involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customers. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

Experience/Qualifications:

• It is a REQUIREMENT that you have another main occupation for at least a year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (casual or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
• You have completed a high school education.
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales experience in retail.
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, in addition to this, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
