About the Position

Betong och Stålteknik AB is looking for an experienced construction engineer to join their team of experts in new and existing steel and concrete structures. Their expertise ranges from conducting sampling to complete documentation for repairs of complex facilities. Clients include Trafikverket, SL, Stockholm City, and other municipalities, both large and small. In this position, you will be part of a flat organization and a team of technical consultants with extensive experience in the field. Your Future Responsibilities

As a Construction Engineer, you will play a central and versatile role in the team, where you will be responsible for ensuring that the regulations and requirements for the constructions are followed. This includes performing permit assessments and load calculations to ensure that projects meet high technical and safety standards.

The role involves close collaboration with different roles in the team related to construction and development, where you will act as a link between various parts of the organization. In this way, you will contribute to finding efficient production solutions and provide technical support to colleagues and clients throughout the process. You will work extensively with investigations and calculations and have the opportunity to use your technical expertise to analyze and solve complex problems. It is a varied role where you will have great opportunities to be on-site at the facilities and be involved in processes from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a graduate engineer in a relevant field
• Has 5 - 10 years of experience in concrete and steel construction
• Has good knowledge of applicable regulations
• Has experience with static and dynamic calculations
• Possesses strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have

• Interest and experience with older constructions
• Experience with FE modeling

Location: At the office in Hägersten, with the possibility of remote work
