StjärnaFyrkant is a leading player in corporate communication with offices in 24 locations across Sweden. We offer smart telephony and communication solutions to businesses and are now looking for two new appointment setters who want to join us on our growth journey.
What does the role entail?
As an Appointment Setter with us, you will spend most of your workday contacting potential customers by phone. Your task is to create opportunities by booking meetings for our business advisors – a first, crucial step in building long-term customer relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Daily calls with companies where you identify needs and spark interest in our solutions.
- Booking quality meetings for our advisors by creating a valuable connection with customers.
- Building fundamental knowledge of sales through practical work and continuous coaching.
- Close collaboration with the sales team to ensure that booked meetings lead to success.
