Then working as a substitute at Precator Pedagogerna is the right fit for you! We are currently looking for substitutes who are available and willing to work full-time!

You will work at various preschools and have the opportunity to try out different workplaces, gaining valuable experiences for the future. The substitute position may lead to longer substitutes or a permanent position at the preschools we collaborate with.

Working as a substitute at a preschool means that you will replace regular staff members at short notice. Together with the rest of the staff, you will be responsible for a group of children by participating in games and activities both indoors and outdoors, assisting with dressing and undressing, participating in educational meals, and most importantly, being present with the children.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed high school education or childcare education
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Previous experience working with children and young people is a plus

The job requires that you enjoy working at different workplaces and are able to adapt to new routines and work methods easily.

You are comfortable in the role of a role model, are independent, and dare to take your own initiatives.
