As a SOC Analyst Tier 2 / Level 2, your main task is to monitor, analyze, and manage more demanding security incidents. You will work closely with our Tier 1 analysts and specialists, handle cases that require deeper technical understanding, and lead advanced investigations.

• Reviewing security incidents using tools like Sentinel, Defender XDR.
• Troubleshooting, analysis, and root cause analysis of alerts and incidents.
• Collaborating with clients, presenting monthly reports to help them understand threat landscapes, present recommendations, and implement necessary actions.
• Contributing to the improvement of SOC processes and developing playbooks, for example, to streamline work.
• Cybersecurity and previous experience in SOC.
• IT or computer science (college, university, or equivalent vocational school).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, SC-100).
• GIAC, Blue team Level 2, or similar is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
