Substitute Childcare Workers Wanted for Örby Preschools

The unit is looking for substitute childcare workers.

The positions will be filled continuously during January/February.

The goal of Örby preschools is to create a joyful and learning environment where children and educators together can experience wonderful days. We offer a variety of pedagogical approaches and methods so that each child receives the right stimulation every day.

In our mission, we aim to meet the needs and expectations of tomorrow from both families and authorities in a professional manner.

We are looking for childcare workers who are accustomed to working with play at the center from a co-research perspective. If you have experience and knowledge of working with language development, sustainability, and mathematics, it is a plus.

Your Role as a Substitute Childcare Worker at Örby Preschools

As a substitute childcare worker at Örby preschools, you are expected to be involved in all parts of education based on the curriculum's mission.

In addition, based on the curriculum, in close cooperation and under the leadership of preschool teachers, you will conduct planned and spontaneous teaching in the preschool as well as introductions of new children and families.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience working as a childcare worker or leader of children in other activities
Childcare education (high school or adult education).
Knowledge of preschool's governing documents.
Good knowledge of preschool education language (Swedish) and fluent in speech and writing.
Data skills and experience using digital tools.
