We are now looking for 2 personal assistants, including a team leader, for a cheerful girl living in Nacka. We are looking for someone with great personal maturity, patience, and a genuine interest in working with people.

This job requires you to have an empathetic personality and empathy, combined with a tough skin.

You will work with a girl who needs support and stability in her everyday life. Previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior is a merit.

Our client needs someone who can work in a structured manner, remain calm, and assess her daily condition as a large part of the job involves helping and guiding in everyday situations. You will assist with daily chores such as cleaning, cooking, and providing some assistance with tasks like dressing.

It is important that you can take initiative and motivate for activities to create a meaningful and fun everyday life. This girl has many varied interests such as baking, visiting shopping centers, amusement parks, and working out at the gym.

Personal chemistry and the relationship will be crucial, and therefore we prefer applicants who see this as a long-term commitment.

Both positions are at approximately 75%.
