District Nurse for Vårdcentralen Förslöv

Förslöv is located in the scenic Bjäre Peninsula in northwestern Skåne. Vårdcentralen Förslöv is expanding, with approximately 6100 listed patients and 24 dedicated employees working together for the best interest of the patients. Our facilities have also been expanded and operate in completely renovated premises since autumn 2022.

Job Duties

We are looking forward to welcoming a new district nurse colleague to our wonderful team!

You will be part of an exciting and learning organization where we continuously develop our operations. We offer an interesting position where you can divide your time between our home care team, primary care center, and district nurse reception. In our home care team, you play a crucial role in our collaboration with municipal home care, ensuring seamless care for our patients. Your tasks will include reception work, telephone advice, triage, and assessments.

Qualifications

We welcome applications from licensed district nurses eligible to work in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is a requirement for the position, as well as a valid B driver's license. Experience in primary care is desirable.
