About the role

As a hall host/car mechanic with us, you have a versatile role that combines customer contact with technical work. You are our face in the showroom while also working practically with our vehicles in the workshop. It is a perfect role for those who want a varied everyday life where your flexibility and service orientation come to the fore.

Responsibilities

In the role of hall host/car mechanic, you will:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, provide product information, and organize test drives.
• Perform minor repairs and services on customers' vehicles, including troubleshooting and tire changes.
• Conduct trade-in tests and vehicle inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Create and update ads for vehicles for sale, highlighting each car's unique advantages.
• Collaborate with salespeople and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in cars and customer service.
• Has education as a car mechanic or equivalent experience in car service.
• Is computer literate and has a good ability to absorb new information.
• Is service-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoys working in a varied work environment.
• Has a B driver's license (mandatory).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Scope

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday
