Stockholm Air Competence AB is a well-established ventilation company with broad expertise in all areas of the ventilation industry. We cater to property owners, tenant-owner associations, businesses, and to some extent private individuals. We are part of Instalco, which is one of the leading installation companies in the Nordic region in plumbing, sprinkler systems, electrical, ventilation, cooling, and industrial solutions. Instalco has a turnover of 14 billion and employs 6000 people in about 130 companies in the Nordic region. We are now looking for another competent team member for our office in Huddinge.

As a Project Manager at Stockholm Air Competence, your role involves independently planning and managing various ventilation projects from start to finish. Most often, these projects involve our own contracting jobs in existing rental properties, tenant-owner associations, and commercial properties where ventilation systems need to be replaced, renovated, and/or energy optimized. We are a cheerful and close-knit team (around 20 employees) with an office in central Huddinge. Our customers are primarily located in the Greater Stockholm area.

We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated successful project management in the ventilation industry. You understand ventilation systems and thrive in the role of a project manager but are in need of a new challenge for some reason. As a person, you are a driven and responsible leader with a strong work ethic. We assume that you are proficient in using computers, have a driver's license, and have a good command of the Swedish language both verbally and in writing.
