You will find us in the heart of Falkenberg, Hermans Restaurant & Entertainment, where we have chosen to deliver culinary experiences where the local and Halland traditions enrich our menus. Our goal is to dare to try new things while also preserving a certain traditional line where safety is ensured for all our regular guests. We are open 7 evenings a week all year round, and summer is naturally our peak season! With our location right on Rådhustorget, we can easily expand our outdoor seating in the summer and we often use our square for various events. Falkenberg is a fantastic city with many events and activities all year round, which greatly benefits our guest influx. We have good collaborations with several external organizers while also hosting our own events ranging from troubadour entertainment to major concerts.

Now we are looking for service staff, waiters, and waitresses, who have experience in the restaurant industry and possess the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues! We want you to bring your utmost joy to our restaurant to spread to both coworkers and guests!

We have a fantastic team and we place great importance on ensuring that our staff chemistry is top-notch, constantly working to enhance it with staff-promoting activities.

You should...

• ... have documented experience in à la carte table service
• ... be able to give and receive feedback to/from colleagues and coworkers
• ... be able to read, write, speak, and understand the Swedish language without any issues
• ... understand the importance of following the routines and manuals we have in the restaurant, bar, etc.
• ... have the ability to work at a fast pace, closely with colleagues.

Our restaurant, with approximately 120 indoor seats, is located in the city center on Rådhustorget. We have an outdoor seating area under an awning with about 80 seats, a lounge area with space for approximately 40-50 guests, and about 80 seats in our "café section." We enhance our strongest assets, food and service quality, with entertainment such as quiz nights, troubadours, dancing, concerts, and more.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service! We are not afraid to try new things while also cherishing tradition; our motto is "We are proud Falkenberg residents who let flavors from our surroundings enrich our menus"!

Psst... if you have experience as a bartender, that is a big plus! We can create a position that includes both bar shifts and service shifts, and we can also offer a bartender position!
