As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for realizing Kappahl's concepts and creating buying desire through an inspiring, ever-changing product display. You will plan and follow up on campaign and activity displays, as well as educate and delegate tasks to your colleagues.

You will also actively participate in daily sales to ensure that a visit to us feels welcoming, safe, and inspiring. A place where people are happy to return. With your knowledge of products, materials, fashion, and trends, you will influence sales work in customer interactions. Together with your team, you will proactively work to achieve set sales goals. Supporting your colleagues in their daily work is an important part of the role.

The position is permanent at 25 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

Who are you?

Educational background and experience in store communication or visual merchandising
Social, outgoing, and love interacting with people.
Passionate about sales and service, wanting to provide customers with the best shopping experience. Love working in a team and collaborating with others to achieve goals.
Have great initiative and take responsibility in your work.
Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in retail or service.
You are 18 years or older.
