What will you do?

We are now looking for employees who want to work with gardening and minor landscaping tasks at our clients' residential properties during the growing season of 2025.

The tasks will mainly consist of weeding, pruning, mowing, and hedge trimming. Planting of both outdoor plants and perennials, trees, and shrubs will also occur. Customer contact is an important part of daily work as we constantly meet our clients on the properties.

The work as a seasonal gardener is varied and social. You meet our clients and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You work in a team, planning your days together and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors and remain physically active throughout the day.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you keep track of your email, manage time reporting, and similar tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and engaged. You enjoy planning your own time, are flexible, and solution-oriented. Since you work in a team, it is very important that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your contact with the residents of the condominium associations.

You are practically inclined and enjoy being active. Education and previous work in gardening are advantageous but not required; the most important thing is that we find the right person. Since we work with machines and battery-powered gardening tools, it is an advantage if you have some experience with machinery. Please also indicate in your application if you have, for example, fall protection training, chainsaw certification, hot work training, brush cutter training, or professional pruning certificates.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
