Information about the position

As an Inbound Coordinator, you will mainly work on planning deliveries and transportation to our various warehouses, as well as planning and administering the material flow and information flow related to our procurement logistics. You will act as a problem solver for the organization and ensure that all parties understand the processes, service goals, and benefits of the supply chain. The expectation for the position is to be driving for an efficient and cost-conscious supply chain and to achieve set goals.

Responsibilities:

• Contact with forwarders and booking of import shipments to our various warehouses
• Planning of logistics areas, capacity, and storage needs
• Check documents, deviations, service goals, and quality in the material flow
• Ensure that communication channels work, both within the group and towards other departments
• Check deliveries in the business system and ensure correct master data and compliance with established routines
• Support staff with administrative tasks in the delivery and replenishment departments
• Order placement and delivery control

We are looking for someone who has an education in logistics or similar, good knowledge of the Office package, ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in English and Swedish, and good analytical and mathematical skills. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and a strong team player who contributes positive energy to the group.
