Are you an engineer with a passion for vehicle dynamics and want to work in a role focused on simulation and testing? At dSPACE, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of future vehicles by ensuring the quality of the software used in modern vehicle systems.

About the role

In this role, you will work with advanced simulation and testing models used to verify and validate vehicle systems. You will be involved in both SIL and HIL simulations and will develop simulation chains in close collaboration with computational engineers. Part of your tasks will involve optimizing realistic models for vehicle dynamics, which are then used to simulate various conditions such as rain, braking, and steering in a virtual environment. You will also contribute to improving processes for continuous integration and automation of testing systems, where tools like Matlab and Simulink are central.

To ensure a successful start, you will undergo a thorough internal training, where you will gain in-depth knowledge of testing equipment and processes.

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and responsible, with a strong desire to develop in a technically challenging environment. You have good communication skills and enjoy working both independently and in teams. An analytical mindset and the ability to take initiative are crucial for success in this role.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with relevant specialization
• Knowledge of Matlab and Simulink.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications

• Programming skills in C, C++, and/or Python.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
