Logistics Developer Wanted!

We are looking for a logistics developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and improving external logistics processes for the business. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible and running until September 30, 2025, with a chance for extension!

About the Position

The goal is to secure logistics for prototype parts as well as incoming and outgoing logistics related to product builds in Sweden. You will be responsible for efficient and purposeful logistics in daily operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your assignment will include:

• Collaborating with your colleagues to identify, maintain, improve, and develop our routines and processes for external logistics.
• Driving continuous improvements in the logistics process, always with a focus on people.

Some of the areas (but not limited to) that are in focus:

• Improving our logistics supply chain in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Securing storage needs for our products in our warehouse.
• Developing cost models for our operations.

Who Are You?

To succeed, we believe you are innovative, pragmatic, creative with a positive spirit, curious, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a strong ability to move from words to action in an organized and structured manner. Additionally, we see that you have:

• Solid knowledge of logistics processes and value chains with at least 8 years of experience. Knowledge of EV (Electrical Vehicle) battery and automotive logistics is appreciated but not a must.
• Successful experience in implementing logistics processes and logistics operations.
• Successful experiences in cross-functional work.
• Knowledge in establishing working methods in cross-functional organizations.
• A degree in supply chain/logistics, project management, engineering, business administration, or similar.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license will be required.

You will be located in Lundby, Gothenburg, Sweden.
