We at FTV Svärdsjö are looking for a passionate and responsible dentist to join our dedicated team. We are a small but well-established clinic where we value personal interaction and a good working environment. The clinic is located in the beautiful Svärdsjö, a scenic village in the Falun municipality, approximately 25 km west of Falun city center. Svärdsjö is known for its peaceful rural environment with great opportunities for outdoor activities, including proximity to lakes and forests. There are also good public transport connections, making it easy to commute to Falun and other nearby areas.

Responsibilities

As a dentist with us, you will work with a wide variety of tasks, including:

• Child and adolescent dental care: Provide care and treatment to younger patients with a focus on prevention and long-term health.
• Adult dental care: Perform general dentistry for adult patients, including examinations, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Special patient groups: Take care of patients with special needs and ensure they receive the necessary care for their specific situations.
• Emergency dental care: Participate in emergency services to ensure that acute care is available to our patients.
• Population-based care: Provide the right care based on the needs of the patient group and have a holistic view of health and well-being.
• Team leadership: As a team leader in this position, you will have the responsibility and freedom to lead and manage the operations within the framework of the clinic's business plan, while contributing to creating and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
• External activities: Actively participate in external activities such as networks, training, and collaborations to stay updated and contribute to the development of dentistry and the clinic.
• Competence assessment: Assess when other specialist competencies are needed and ensure that the right care is provided.
