Do you want to contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests on their vacation? As a Receptionist at First Camp, you play a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and smooth service that our guests remember and appreciate.

You are often their first encounter with us – and a key person who makes their stay welcoming and pleasant.

What does the role involve?

As a Receptionist, you are our face outward and play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-in and check-out, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our store.

Although your main tasks are in the reception and store, we also appreciate your flexibility to support other areas as needed. We always work based on the guests' needs and find common solutions to any challenges that may arise.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you have previous experience in customer service, preferably in reception or a similar role. A relevant education is a plus but not a requirement.

You are organized, have an eye for detail, and greet every guest warmly, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are someone who always offers yourself and looks out for the team's best interests. We appreciate if you have humor and a light-hearted attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment.

To meet our guests' needs effectively, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, which is crucial for clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
