Workplace Description

Årsta 3 municipal preschools consist of 4 preschools with unique characteristics for each preschool while the management and leadership are clear and consistent. The unit consists of about 320 children and about 80 employees. Our management organization consists of a principal and two assistant principals. The management organization's main task is to support, encourage, and challenge our employees, thereby creating the best possible conditions for you to fulfill your mission. We work goal- and result-oriented and strive for equality in the organization. The goal is a good preschool for all children with very high quality. This means that we focus on developing our learning organization. Our surroundings offer proximity to green and forest areas.

Job Description

As a substitute with us, you work when the need arises, and it can be both shorter and slightly longer assignments. As a substitute at Årsta 3 preschools, we expect you to be present with the children, have a positive attitude, and enjoy being outdoors. You always work together with regular staff who have the overall responsibility and who introduce you to the business. We have clear routines for substitutes and also a privacy policy that we adhere to.

Qualifications

You should have a high school education in child and leisure, nursing program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You speak and write Swedish fluently, which is important in communication with children, guardians, and colleagues. It is a merit if you have experience working as a childcare worker and are accustomed to documenting pedagogically. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
