About the workplace

Do you want to work at a small preschool with a lush yard in the heart of Solna? With curious and dedicated educators? Then you have found the right ad. We are a parent cooperative consisting of just over 30 children, positive guardians, a principal, and seven staff members, one of whom has extra responsibility for the kitchen.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher education.

Your skills

You should have a good knowledge of the Curriculum, Lpfö 18, and other governing documents.

You should be able to create pedagogical documentation and conduct teaching.

You should have experience and knowledge of working process-oriented and thematically.

You should have good knowledge of digital tools.

Job responsibilities

You will be part of a team working with the younger children at the preschool. The work involves stimulating and developing the children's learning and knowledge. We expect good collaboration skills and effective communication as we work daily with our colleagues and, in some situations, also with the guardians.

Personal qualities

We value a positive attitude towards tasks and colleagues. It is important that you have the ability to be present, listen, and see each child's needs. You are responsible, innovative, and see opportunities for solutions.
