Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active since 1993. We operate 11 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, security, joy at work, and close proximity to management. What distinguishes Frilufts Förskolor's activities is that they are based on outdoor education, as a method in all learning. This means that our gatherings, playtime, creative activities, etc., take place in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where the children belong to age groups Explorer, Explorer, and Adventurer. All children at Frilufts Förskolor have plenty of time for play, both organized and free, where educators participate, inspire, guide, and observe, and last but not least - have fun together with the children! Everything we do is based on the principles of Safe, Fun, and Educational.

The Farmyard!

The Farmyard is located in a quiet area in Viby Sollentuna. We have nature close by and the forest right outside the gate. We have a spacious yard with a large hill, a slide, a playhouse, a boat, a climbing wall, swings, several sandboxes, and a shelter. You will work together with dedicated and professional educators. We provide good conditions to create content-rich days for the children, where they get to experience and be challenged with all their senses. Nature gives us space and opportunities for new adventures every day. Together with us, you will be involved in the educational activities based on our own policy documents. Documentation and planning time are also included in the position as a childcare worker.

Qualifications:

• You need to be a trained childcare worker with several years of experience and want to work at a preschool where you are motivated and driven by outdoor education.
• We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues as well as with children and parents. Also, that you possess the ability to build trust and security within the group of children.
• We prefer if you are a person who is creative, responsible, and can take initiative.
• It is important that you want to participate in developing the activities and the group of children together with your colleagues. In ways that lead to the children's creativity, creativity, and learning developing.
