We are now looking for a dedicated Rental Agent in Sundsvall!

What does the role involve?

As a Rental Agent, you will be the local face of KlaraBo in Sundsvall. You will handle inquiries, contact potential tenants, and proactively work on various sales and marketing activities for our rental properties. You will conduct viewings, inspections, and various rental-related events, as well as daily administrative tasks related to leasing and management.

You will be part of our team in the Northern region, primarily collaborating with our Property Technicians and Property Managers.

Who are you?

You are a person with high energy levels, positive, and self-driven! You are sales-oriented and enjoy external contacts. The work involves daily interaction with tenants and suppliers, both via email, phone, and visits. You are a skilled communicator and are not afraid to try new ideas or think outside the box.

In addition, you are familiar with and passionate about Sundsvall and its surroundings, and have a good local network.

Since the role involves a lot of administration, you need to be structured and have very good system knowledge.

You will be driving as part of the job, so a B driver's license is required. You have previous experience in a similar role or education in real estate, rental law, or sales.

You will report to our Area Manager, based in Bollnäs. The placement is in Sundsvall.

About the position

The position is a full-time permanent employment, with a probationary period of 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will be part of a cheerful team with 2 other colleagues on site!
