Welcome to our palliative care department. As a doctor, you will be responsible for the daily work with patients with complex palliative care needs, often related to cancer or other serious illnesses. You will work together with a dedicated team of nurses and nursing assistants.

Doctor for Specialist Palliative Care Department 50% Temporary position

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• take responsibility for patient care and collaboration with other clinics
• participate in palliative rounds and training initiatives
• supervise visiting doctors and participate in the on-call line for telephone consultations
• if necessary, you can substitute for colleagues in the palliative care teams - they can also substitute for you

Additional Information

Qualifications

Requirements:

• licensed doctor
• good knowledge of Swedish (C-level)
• driver's license required

Meritorious:

• specialty in palliative medicine
• previous experience in palliative care

As a person, you are sympathetic and flexible with a good ability to work in a team.
