Psychiatric Clinic, Department A & B, Högland Hospital in Eksjö
The Psychiatric Clinic is planning to reopen a department in the spring of 2025 and for this purpose, we are looking to hire nurses. It is an exciting challenge to be involved from the beginning and start up the departments when we allocate care places in two departments. Welcome to this exciting journey!
The Role of Nurse at Department A & B
The role of a nurse includes tasks such as:
- Leading all steps of the care process together with others in the department's team, in collaboration with the patient and relatives
- Coordinating care plans in collaboration with doctors and others in the team
- Actively working on improvement projects to develop care
The positions are permanent and offered at 100% capacity, with room for other preferences. Entry is by agreement but preferably before February 2025, when the departments can hopefully open. Work is scheduled during the day, evening, and two out of five weekends. Desired schedules are applied to best combine work and leisure.
Your Future Workplace
We at the Psychiatric Clinic in Höglandet are expanding and hope to increase our capacity and accessibility for our residents. We are investing significantly in the area and have recently opened our latest addition in the form of an inner courtyard to create a better presence for our inpatient care patients.

Your Profile
We are looking for a licensed nurse. Experience in the profession and psychiatry is seen as a positive but not required.
