We are expanding our workforce and are now looking for additional Occupational Therapists to start immediately. As an occupational therapist, you will be a valuable member of a team consisting of occupational therapists and job consultants.

In 'Step to Work,' we focus on activity-based investigation sites, meaningful and developmental activities, and work trials. Our goal is to support and empower our participants to approach sustainable employment or studies with support from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Come and be part of the positive change!

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with job seekers and have experience with activity-based investigations. The agreement requires working with the following occupational therapy tools: AWC, AWP, MOHOST, DOA, WRI.

We work on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service, and strong communicative skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, are essential to succeed with us. We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and in a team. Flexibility, structure, and responsibility are qualities we value highly. In addition, the ability to build and maintain relationships with people is of great importance, both with participants and colleagues, as well as our clients' contact persons.

The position is full-time, but we are open to discussing the possibility of part-time work if needed.
