Astar is one of Sweden's largest educational companies and is present throughout the country, from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. We offer municipal adult education, labor market training, company training, and Swedish for immigrants. Through practical learning methods in close collaboration with industries in need of personnel, we ensure that our participants acquire the skills needed to be sought after in the job market.

We are looking for dedicated teachers within labor market education in Service, Restaurant, Large-scale kitchen, and Cleaning to inspire and develop our students' talents and competencies. Join our team at 10 locations in Sweden and contribute to helping people reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:

Combines practical and theoretical elements to prepare course participants for working life.
Has good industry contacts and experience in Service, Restaurant, Large-scale kitchen, and Cleaning.
Is self-driven, collaborative, and flexible.
Builds good relationships with students, colleagues, and the industry.
Adapts teaching to the students' needs.

Qualifications

You should have experience from one or more of these industries: Service, Restaurant, Large-scale kitchen, or Cleaning, or have worked in educational activities full-time.
