Substitute Teachers Wanted at Fredriksbergskolan and Östansjö School

Fredriksbergskolan and Östansjö School are now looking for several dedicated staff members who want to work as substitute teachers in both the school and after-school activities during the school year 2024-2025.

Fredriksbergskolan in Vretstorp is located about 20 km outside Hallberg's locality. The school is centrally located in the community but close to forests and other green areas. Fredriksberg School is a F-6 school with about 170 students.

Fredriksbergskolan is a school where all students can thrive. We develop and adapt teaching and learning situations based on each student's unique conditions to enable development, both personally and academically. Fredriksbergskolan is a safe place to grow and develop. Our ambition is for all students to feel joy in being part of our activities; they should feel included, safe, and inspired. We take advantage of students' interests and let their natural quest for knowledge lead us on new explorations in accordance with the national guidelines formulated in our governing curricula. The school has a tradition of maintaining a smaller number of students in our classes. This is something we strive for in our organization. We work according to good pedagogical structures, a culture that everyone is responsible for, and good leadership in our operations.

Östansjö School is a small F-6 school with about 125 students located in the center of the Östansjö community a few kilometers outside Hallsberg. It is a school where all students are included, seen, and where there are good conditions for creating strong relationships. The educators collaborate closely within and between work teams, which provides flexibility in the school's daily operations. We consider all students as everyone's responsibility! The activities are characterized by shared understanding and clear leadership. Trustful cooperation between home, school, and after-school care is essential to create a holistic view of each student's development. At Östansjö School, everyone has the opportunity to succeed!

• Has a polished language and can express themselves well in both speech and writing.

It is also advantageous if you:

• Have previous work experience in school and after-school activities.
• Possess good digital skills.
