Description

Grythyttan Preschool is part of Hällefors Municipality and offers an inclusive environment for children and educators. We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher who wants to help create a safe and creative environment where children's development and learning are the focus. Here we work with an exploratory, playful approach and center children's interests and needs. You will become part of an experienced team that supports each other through collegial learning and shared reflection.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher at Grythyttan Preschool, you will:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work in accordance with Lpfö 18.
• Lead goal-oriented processes to support children's learning and development.
• Create an educational environment that promotes children's curiosity and exploration.
• Work closely with your colleagues to develop teaching and ensure a safe, educational environment.
• Build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed or is currently pursuing a preschool teacher education.
• Has a strong interest and commitment to educational work with children.
• Is positive, responsible, and enjoys meeting new people.
• Has good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude, as the workplace and tasks may vary.
• Preferred with a B driver's license.
• If qualified applicants are lacking, the employer will consider the possibility of hiring unqualified candidates deemed suitable for the position, temporarily according to the Education Act.

Conditions

Temporary employment at 100% from January 2025 until June 30, 2025, with start date according to agreement.
