YTAB specializes in surface treatment with a strong focus on plastic and composite materials. We have paint facilities in Sweden and Hungary. We have many small, medium, and large customers in various industries. Our largest customers are in the automotive industry, but we also serve customers in consumer electronics, appliances, furniture, medical technology, and interior design. YTAB's factories are among the most high-tech paint facilities in Europe. Our production lines are fully automated and use robot-controlled and digital process control. The YTAB group has a total of approximately 100 highly qualified and experienced employees. Together, they form a professional, customer-focused, and cost-effective paint partner that can work wonders. In the Swedish factory in Näsum, we are certified according to ISO 14001 and IATF. The YTAB factory in Sweden had a turnover of 85 million SEK in the fiscal year 2023/2024 with 65 employees. Over the past five years, the group has invested approximately 70 million SEK in machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Your responsibilities

This role is for those who enjoy managing and overseeing projects, both large and small, internally and externally, in a determined and structured manner. You will work cross-functionally in close collaboration with your colleagues in sales, quality, and production, as well as closely with our customers to ensure their expectations are met. As a project manager, you will identify, organize, and lead the resources needed to complete projects, for example, through project meetings and contract reviews, as well as handover to production. You will work on projects of various sizes where you will also have financial responsibility for the project budget. Together with sales, the project manager will calculate quotations and follow up on projects through cost calculations. In close collaboration with sales and production, you will also participate in customer and supplier visits and quotation management. In the projects, you will ensure quality by, among other things, checking work procedures, controlling chemicals, creating instructions, and risk assessments. The position also includes purchasing related to the projects where you will also conduct supplier evaluations and update price lists. You will report directly to our CEO.

Your background/Your qualities

Those applying for this position have experience in an independent role in project management in a manufacturing company or in a technical industry, with experience in surface treatment or in an IATF-certified company being advantageous. You enjoy leading people, are a skilled problem solver, and are driven by a work style characterized by communication and interaction. We prefer candidates who are accustomed to working in a commercial operation with time-bound projects, planning, and quality in focus. It is advantageous if you have experience with continuous improvements and sales.

As a person, you are communicative, outgoing, and adept at building networks within and outside the organization. You are flexible, resilient, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks, while also being able to adapt to changes to deliver results and meet customer expectations. It is important that you are proficient in using computers and have experience working with business systems and Excel. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
