Designer for Growing Company – an Exciting Opportunity to Shape Future Products!

About the role:

As a designer with our client, you will play a central role in transforming clients' ideas and sketches into finished products. Clients often come with a simple sketch, and your task will be to use the latest technology to design, create drawing documents, program, and ensure that the product is delivered with the highest quality to the end customer.

Your main tasks include:

• Designing products based on clients' specifications and ideas.
• Creating detailed drawing documents and production documentation.
• Programming and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure that all requirements and expectations are met.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in product development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in design, CAD programs, and product development.
• Is creative, solution-oriented, and has a strong ability to visualize and realize clients' ideas.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys working in a team.
• Experience in working with the latest technology in production is a plus.

As a consultant at TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who supports you in your assignment with the client. We provide advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
