Ronneby Miljö & Technology is looking for a Process Engineer

For the District Heating & Cooling department, we are looking for a Process Engineer who will be involved in developing our processes together with others in the department to ensure the optimal functioning of our production facilities. Ronneby is in an expansive phase and the position is an expansion to meet future needs.

About the position

As a Process Engineer with us, you will work on varied tasks. Since the position is brand new, you will have the opportunity to help shape it. You will be a driving force in our projects.

Your main responsibilities as a Process Engineer:

• Project management
• Responsibility for all statistics/processes - annual cycle
• Conduct follow-ups and write reports, presentations
• Training of personnel in the operation
• Continuous responsibility for our internal systems
• Participate in workplace meetings, professional meetings, and other necessary training to maintain the required competence.

The role of Process Engineer is based at Sörbyverket in Ronneby. When the operation allows, there is the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week.

About you

We prefer that you have a background in power-heat or process industries. Your education is an Engineer in a relevant field, such as energy engineer, marine engineer, mechanical engineer, or equivalent. We want you to have good language skills in Swedish and English. A driver's license is required.

We believe that you enjoy collaborating to solve problems, have a great interest and passion for technology, and are comfortable sharing your knowledge with the organization. You are also accustomed to driving projects from start to finish. To thrive in the role, you need to be responsible, meticulous, have a knack for taking initiatives, and appreciate order and tidiness. You are a natural relationship builder who communicates simply and clearly, creating an environment that promotes cooperation. We work on the principle of "team before self."
