The advertisement is aimed at Scania in Södertälje where you will work as a team leader for fire guards and be responsible for ensuring that your team achieves set goals and criteria. We work closely with our customer who has high demands on our delivery and execution of services, while this is also an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the customer, visitors, and contractors in the daily operations where the focus on service and physical security is of the highest priority. An interest in technology and proficiency in Swedish & English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high service and is responsible, self-reliant, and accustomed to taking own initiatives. You should enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

We would like you to possess qualities such as being engaged, flexible, and structured with a high focus on security.

You should be a person who naturally leads your team forward and continuously develops the assignment together with other team leaders. Proposing improvements in execution with the aim of delivering value to Scania and having an eye for detail are part of your role as a team leader.

Location: Södertälje

Duration: Full-time day, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period

Our requirements for this position are that you, as an applicant, should have:

of legal age and have a clean record, according to FAP 573-2
security guard training (VU1+ VU2)
drug-free
high school diploma
proficiency in Swedish & English, both spoken and written
good health and physical condition
sound financial situation
Driver's license B

Preferred qualifications

team leader training or equivalent leadership training
hot work certification
facility caretaker training
CPR training
prior knowledge in emergency response

Tests will be conducted in the recruitment process.
