We are now looking for a senior doctor or specialist doctor in the urology section in Växjö, where you can make a difference for our patients!

Job Description

The urology section in Växjö is specialized in robot surgery of the prostate and kidneys as well as stone surgery. As a doctor with us, you will have a varied daily work that includes department and outpatient work as well as elective and acute surgical operations. Our team consists of senior doctors, resident doctors, urotherapists, and cystoscopists.

Qualifications

We are looking for a specialist in urology with Swedish licensure. We expect you to be able to work independently and participate in urology on-call services. There is also an opportunity to participate in the general surgical on-call service for those interested. Experience in stone surgery and laparoscopy is advantageous, as is specialist competence in general surgery, but not a requirement. Several of our urologists have PhDs, and there are good opportunities for research.
