Teacher in Physical Education and Health at Gröndalsskolan
Are you interested in making Kalmar an even better place? At Kalmar kommun, we work to create a better environment for everyone. We are currently looking for a teacher in physical education and health for grades 1-9 at an adapted primary school at Gröndalsskolan. Together with educational assistants, you will be responsible for creating a structured education where all students are given the opportunity to succeed.
Job responsibilities:
- Planning, implementation, and follow-up of the education
- Documentation, evaluation, and assessment of students' knowledge development
- Adapted education at individual and group level
Qualifications:
A degree as a teacher specializing in primary school with a focus on physical education and health, as well as a teaching license, are required. Additional education as a special education teacher in intellectual disabilities is a merit. Knowledge of neuropsychiatric functional variations and alternative communication methods is a plus. Personal qualities such as calmness, collaboration skills, and engagement are highly valued.
Other:
As an employee of Kalmar kommun, you may be placed in a military service in case of heightened preparedness. Identity and work permits are checked upon employment.
