We are looking for a results-oriented career and study counselor for Merit's Rusta and Matcha program. We are seeking someone who can guide and match, is innovative, and has a strong drive.

We are looking for someone who

has a degree as a career and study counselor or experience in career and study guidance
has extensive knowledge of adult education offerings and today’s labor market
can lead participants through the guidance process from mapping to setting study and career goals to matching them with work or studies
has a broad network of companies and organizations
can find creative pathways to employment for individuals who are far from the labor market
