Hultsfred Lärcenter is responsible for all education aimed at adults in Hultsfred municipality. The Learning Center in Hultsfred offers Swedish for immigrants (SFI), adult education at basic and upper secondary levels, vocational adult education, and adapted education at Lärvux, as well as vocational and higher education programs. The courses are available both locally in Hultsfred and online in collaboration with other providers.

We are now looking for a special educator for adapted adult education at Hultsfred Lärcenter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At Lärvux, where we offer adapted adult education, you as a teacher have great responsibility for the operations and all students' learning and development. As a teacher with us, you meet the whole world in the classroom! You will encounter adult newcomers with varying educational backgrounds; some need basic reading and writing skills, while others already have study experience and have been in education for a long time. All students have individual study plans and take courses based on their needs, interests, and wishes for personal development. It is a diversity of individuals with dreams of the future, and you are welcome to be part of their journey!

With your knowledge as a teacher, you provide linguistic tools for students to communicate and actively participate in both working life and community life. In your teaching practice at Adult Education, digitalization is a natural element, and you see technology as another tool to support students in their learning development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Working with learning with us means working together with others. You should have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You should be able to translate the school's vision into everyday work. You will become part of Hultsfred Lärcenter, where you will encounter great commitment and flexibility to help develop the operations. We want you to place learning in new contexts to strengthen the learning process. We want you to be engaged and dare to think new and differently with the student's best interests in mind.

We are looking for a licensed special educator with qualifications to teach at basic and upper secondary levels.
