We are now looking for a teacher in Swedish and English for a temporary position at Västervik High School.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities at Västervik High School involve planning, implementing, and evaluating your work according to the school's governing documents, both individually and together with your team. You will be part of a team that works closely together with the student in focus. In your role, you will also have a developed collaboration with the school's student health team.

Your Competence

You are a qualified teacher with a focus on Swedish and English at the upper secondary level.

You conduct varied and adapted teaching based on the students' needs and current situation, where formative feedback has a given place. To succeed, we believe you are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. We believe you easily adapt to changing circumstances and not only identify problems that arise but are also part of the solution by contributing ideas, alternatives, and flexibility.

You express a positive attitude and act in accordance with decisions made, policies, and guidelines because you see the bigger picture and the best for the entire organization in your actions and decisions. We believe you are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts, where you create and maintain relationships. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
