Bergstrand is expanding its operations in transport education in Oskarshamn through a contract with the Swedish Public Employment Service. The training is aimed at truck drivers for licenses C and CE. The training also includes APL and YKB.

We are now looking for a driving instructor with heavy licenses (C/CE) who is a trained educational leader for our operations in Oskarshamn. Your mission as a driving instructor/educational leader is to lead the work at the unit towards our jointly set goals together with the other employees.

We are looking for someone who warmly and enthusiastically welcomes each participant and makes them feel seen and appreciated. The assignment includes practical driving as well as contact with the industry regarding APL placements and theoretical teaching in the classroom. You are meticulous and organized. You are used to documenting both the participants' and the organization's development and following the rules set for the training. You will also have the support of an administrator, a pedagogical resource, and another driving instructor.

It is a merit to be able to hold training sessions in APV, ADR, and YKB.
