We are looking for a results-oriented study and career counselor for Merit's Rusta and matcha. We seek someone who can guide and match, is innovative, and has a strong drive.

We are looking for someone who

has a degree as a study and career counselor or experience in study and career guidance
has extensive knowledge of adult education offerings and the current job market
can lead participants through the guidance process from mapping to setting study and career goals to matching with work or studies
has a broad network of companies and organizations
can find creative pathways to employment for individuals who are far from the job market
