About the workplace

Do you want to work at a small preschool with a lush garden in the heart of Solna? With curious and dedicated educators? Then you have found the right job ad. We are a parent cooperative consisting of 35 children, positive guardians, a principal, seven employees, one of whom has extra responsibility for the kitchen.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a childcare education.

Your skills

You should have good knowledge of the Curriculum, Lpfö 18, and other regulatory documents.

You should be able to create educational documentation and lead a class.

You should have experience and knowledge of working in a process-oriented and thematic way.

You should have good knowledge of digital tools.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team working with the younger children at the preschool. The work involves stimulating and developing the children's learning and skills. We expect good teamwork and communication skills as we work daily with our colleagues and sometimes with the guardians.

Personal qualities

We value a positive attitude towards tasks and colleagues. It is important that you have the ability to be present, listen, and see the needs of each child. You are responsible, proactive, and see opportunities for solutions.
