Laboratory Medicine Västernorrland is a county-wide unit for laboratory activities in Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Microbiology, and Transfusion Medicine. In the Sundsvall operation, approximately 115 people work. We are now looking for personnel for Microbiology, Transfusion Medicine, as well as personnel for Clinical Chemistry for combined day/night shifts.

We are looking for 5 permanent positions and 3-5 temporary positions. The positions are full-time with entry according to agreement.

Biomedical Scientist for Laboratory Medicine, Sundsvall

Job Description

As a biomedical scientist, you will work with:

• Analysis determination and instrument handling
• Manual laboratory work
• Assessment and interpretation of analyses
• Sampling

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed biomedical scientist, about to graduate soon, or has other education/competence that the employer deems equivalent
• Has language skills in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale and English in speech and writing.

• Have previous experience in clinical laboratory work
