Arbetslivsresurs in Sundsvall is looking for an engaged Occupational Therapist!

We are looking for someone who wants to help strengthen strengths. The work will primarily involve working in the Employment Agency's contracted service Steps to Work. The target group you will meet in this assignment consists of job seekers, individuals with or without known disabilities, who need their conditions for work assessed to then be tested in a real environment. You will work both in groups and individually.

The tasks include, among others:

· Coordinate and carry out the assignment to assess work ability

· Guide participants and map work ability

· Conduct observations and document in a written report

· Strengthen and develop the participant towards finding a suitable career direction and subsequently finding a suitable workplace.

· Perform administration related to the assignment

· Contribute to the further development of our operations

· Contribute to satisfied participants

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist who has the competence, or is willing to learn, to work with the occupational therapy tools: Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHOST), Dialog on Work Ability (DOA), Worker Role Interview (WRI), Assessment of Work Characteristics (AWC), Assessment of Work Performance (AWP).

As a person, you are genuinely curious about people and motivated to help others achieve their goals. We also wish that you are good at listening, reading between the lines, and understanding what solutions are possible for your participants in their current situation. The role of Occupational Therapist requires a combination of structured and careful administrative work, identifying your participants' opportunities to enter the labor market, and the ability to have good labor market knowledge and familiarity with the local labor market.
