About the role and your responsibilities

As a substitute preschool teacher with us, your mission is to create a safe and stimulating environment where each child can grow, develop, and learn new things every day.

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone with a high school or adult education in the childcare and leisure program, or other relevant education for the assignment.

You should have at least two years of experience working in preschools.

We consider it a merit if you also have experience working with children with special needs and are comfortable with TAKK or other equivalent communication tools. Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!

As a substitute, you are flexible and quick to adapt to changes. You enjoy working in a team and are good at collaborating and building good relationships.

Staffing Unit

The BSF Staffing Unit works to recruit and staff substitutes for our preschools. We fill the need for short-term substitutes when regular staff are absent due to illness/VAB, but also for planned absences such as vacation, training, or similar. In addition to this, we also fill monthly substitutes and now we are looking for you who are a trained preschool teacher and want to work with us on longer substitutes.

In the Child and School Administration, we work to create equality and good conditions for all children and students in our preschools, primary schools, and adapted primary schools to achieve their goals. Together, we work for a uniform and clear management of preschool and school in a modern and efficient organization, with the aim of enabling world-class education. Our ambitions are high, and we always strive to create good conditions for development and value a high quality in the business.

To work with children or students in preschool and school, you need to be able to present an acceptable extract from the criminal record.
